Joint Leaders Board

The Joint Leaders Board brings together the elected leaders of the 15 partner councils within the Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership.

The role of the Joint Leaders Board is to strengthen local authority collaboration in support of the Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) and to enable collective discussion and local authority representation on priorities and issues affecting economic development and regeneration in the Enterprise M3 area.

The Joint Leaders Board also provide a scrutiny function for the work of Enterprise M3 with a formal scrutiny panel being held annually.

The next meeting of the Enterprise M3 Joint Leaders Board will be held on 4 October 2023..

From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.

The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.
