Deborah is based in Farnborough, working as the Managing Director of Operational Governance for BAE Systems.  She provides oversight of BAE Systems’ Governance Framework and associated policies and also has specific responsibility across the global organisation for safety, environment, community involvement, diversity & inclusion and ethical business conduct.  Deborah is a trustee for the BAE Systems Executive Pension Scheme and a school governor.
