A training and consultancy firm supporting organisations to reach their full potential is on the road to success with sustainable and rapid growth after working with the EM3 Growth Hub.
Think Sigma, based in Andover, which helps clients to change the way they think, act and behave, by working more collaboratively, with training and ISO accreditation programmes, approached the Growth Hub to help boost the business, its projects and staff performance.
Managing Director Richard Ash worked closely with one of EM3’s expert Growth Associates, Mike O’Dwyer, who reviewed and sanity checked Think Sigma’s business plan, including its clean growth/sustainability plan.
Work also involved developing an Intellectual Property (IP) plan as well as the looking at the company’s branding, with a view of improving its marketing and sales, as well as looking identifying additional types of funding or investment to help support high growth for the business.
Richard said: “The M3 Growth Hub offered me the ability to learn about areas of business that I am not an expert in. Their depth and breadth of contacts is excellent, and I have taken the business further and quicker due to the introductions made by members of the M3 Growth Hub. I would add that it’s not just the contacts but the calibre of the contacts that makes the difference.”
Richard said he particularly appreciated the one-to-one support he received from Mike. “He helped me enormously, with his enthusiasm for business along with tons of experience and his ability to challenge my thinking, but in a very positive way,” said Richard, adding: “I really feel that he has put me on the road to success.”
Prior to working with the Growth Hub, Richard was keen to learn and expand his network of contacts. “I’ve definitely achieved this, and I’m now would like to have the opportunity to do business with other M3 Growth Huber’s.”
EM3 Growth Champion Paul Scott said: “It’s very encouraging to see Think Sigma are well and truly heading on the right course towards sustainable and rapid growth, thanks in part to the fully funded impartial one-to-one guidance and support provided by the EM3 Growth Hub.”
