The Grosvenor promises to be a fantastic new addition to the Basing View EZ3 Enterprise Zone site, when phase one of the office refurbishment is officially opened on 1 October.
Located on Basing View - Basingstoke’s premier business park - Arena Offices have invested £12 million in transforming the former dilapidated Grosvenor House, into an exciting and modern 45,000 sq ft 10-storey office building with rooftop bar.
Ahead of the opening, the leading service office provider is offering potential clients the opportunity to take a tour of the building, which will provide flexible office space and meeting facilities for entrepreneurs, SMEs, and larger businesses.
Arena Offices, which also operates The Square, on Basing View, plan to open Phase two of The Grosvenor in November.
Basing View is one of three sites in the EZ3 Enterprise Zone, hosted by Enterprise M3. The other two are located in Whitehill and Bordon in East Hampshire, and Longcross Park in Chertsey, Surrey.
Home to a huge range of businesses from across different sectors, the aim of the Government-backed EZ3 Enterprise Zone is to encourage economic growth and investment in the high performing EM3 area through re-investing retained business rates growth into making the sites even more attractive for businesses.

From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.
The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.
