To begin the new financial year we are pleased to share our new Delivery Plan for 2023-24, as we get on with the job of driving low carbon and high growth innovation across Hampshire and Surrey.

This year’s plan, which draws on our expertise as a convening power for strategic partnerships between business, the public and third sectors, has six key areas of focus:

The longer-term future of Local Enterprise Partnerships is under review, but EM3 LEP and its Growth Hub are fully funded and geared up to press ahead with our high impact plans this year. We are looking forward to continuing strong partnerships with our businesses, our local authorities, universities and colleges to ensure our highly valued services continue to drive growth.

Commenting on the Enterprise M3 2023-24 Delivery Plan, Michael Queen, Chair of Enterprise M3 said:

“The LEP is agile in its operations and rich in talent and expertise to grow our region’s strengths in business-led innovation. In the coming months the EM3 team  will continue to spearhead initiatives that will enhance Hampshire and Surrey as places where entrepreneurs can thrive, businesses become more productive and our people can access the training and education needed for successful careers.”
