From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.
The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.

Project description
A key project to support the growth of the Basing View site of the Enterprise Zone. Grant and Loan funding to deliver enabling works at Plots K & K1. This will provide a development site for two grade A office facilities totalling 90,000 sq feet of new commercial space and a shared car deck.
Project aim
To facilitate development and growth at the Basing View Enterprise Zone site.
Project output
The new developments will create 90,000 sq feet of new floorspace which is expected to generate £1 million BRIG per annum as well as supporting 490 jobs and 176 construction jobs.
