How marketing and business development drives your business

Date: 28th November 2023
Time: 12:00 - 13:00

In this workshop you will discover the secret ingredient to turbocharge your marketing strategy (and how to implement it!).

We are delighted that Emma Easton, an expert practitioner and lecturer on the Government’s Help to Grow: Management Course at Winchester Business School, is leading this session for us on marketing.

Emma also runs her own consultancy that helps companies engage with their audience by developing, planning, and successfully executing results-focused strategies. Emma is the founder of Business Bollox, which has a no-nonsense approach to strategy, marketing, creativity, and innovation.

Her inspiration is helping business owners get back to doing what they love. Emma says ‘I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve heard business owners say that they love what they do but wish they didn’t have to do all the ‘bollox’ that goes with running a business. And I get it… as an entrepreneur I often refer to the ‘B’ too – so by turbocharging marketing, which engages a clearly identified and understood, profitable customer segment, marketing (and then sales) is transformed... and taa-daa! Less bollox.

If lockdown has reminded us of anything, it’s that life is too short to not enjoy it, so let us take on the stuff you hate, because it’s actually the stuff WE love, and get back to what YOU love.’

Join our session on Tuesday 28 th November to hear more from Emma Eason the Chief Bolloxologist at Business Bollox. This will be pacey, informative, and fun filled session that should not be missed.

We will also welcome Paul Bennett from Winchester Business School to tell us more about the Help to Grow Management Programme that’s 90% funded by Government and run locally by Paul and his team at Winchester University.
