Speaker: Roya Croudace is a former Director of EM3 Growth Hub and Non-Executive Director at KTN, Innovate Uk. Roya has spent the last 10 years supporting local businesses with access to finance including Grants & Innovate funding, CBILS, RLS, loans and equity. She is now the founder of Alloy where she continues to advise SMEs with funding, Smart Sustainable Growth, Biz Dev & Innovation. Roya is also a Business Advisor at EM3 Growth Hub and a former mentor on the Help To Grow Management Programmes.
