Hampshire County Council collects information about you for in order to enable us to provide you with services. The information to be collected is:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Organisation name
  • Work email address
  • Work telephone number

We will use the information in the following ways:

  • To help us verify your identity and eligibility for services.
  • To tell you about the Growth Hub services and provide services appropriate to you, for example highlighting additional help or services available to you.
  • For insight purposes to allow us to analyse patterns and trends of service usage.
  • To help investigate any concerns or complaints you have may have about the services you receive.
  • We may also ask for feedback on how we are performing, or ask for your views on services which you have been using.

The legal basis for our use of this information is Performance of a Public Interest task.

We may share your information with third-party processors in order to provide a service to you; the Growth Hub service uses Umi Commercial Limited.

We will keep your personal information for 3 years from the date of contact in line with the County Council’s retention schedule. These records include name and address and any information shared as part of the enquiry.

From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.

The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.
