Tom Bircham
Jet Zero Sector Lead
Tom has joined Enterprise M3 for two days a week, on a nine-month secondment from Rushmoor Borough Council where he is the Economic Development Officer.
Tom has a background in project management and supporting businesses. Prior to joining Rushmoor he worked for a London-based enterprise agency supporting small and medium-sized businesses to grow. This included project managing an accelerator for female-led social tech businesses and a programme to reinvigorate high streets in some of the most deprived areas of the capital; the schemes were funded by Deutsche Bank and J.P. Mogan respectively.
Tom has joined the LEP to help develop the organisation’s Jet Zero cluster.
Our teams
From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.
The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.
