Andy Swift
Senior Growth Hub Champion
Andy joined Enterprise M3 in June 2023 as a Senior Growth Hub Champion and brings with him 35 years’ experience in senior management roles at a UK High Street Bank, specializing in business and commercial customers.
Andy qualified as a Chartered Banker in 2014 and founded AS Consultants for Business Ltd to support growing businesses.
He has also worked as a Professional Mentor and was Associate Programme Director for the Help to Grow Management scheme at Solent University Business School.
During the Covid-19 pandemic Andy was seconded to the EM3 as Banker in Residence, with responsibility for promoting government backed emergency lending schemes.
Our teams
From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.
The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.
