Enterprise M3 have played a leading role to see the largest exhibition facility in the South, outside of London, open. The newly purpose-built venue has the capacity to accommodate 2,500 delegates and can cater for almost any kind of exhibition, conference, meeting, dinner or launch event thanks to 12,500sqm of flexible conference and exhibition space, and nine purpose-built function rooms.
With the closure of the Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre in London, Enterprise M3 have had an ambition and a vision shared with partners Farnborough International, Barclays Bank, Rushmoor Borough Council and Hampshire County Council to bring an exhibition centre to Farnborough. The need for high quality exhibition space outside of London was identified as a key investment in 2015 as part of our first Growth Deal.
We are very proud to have played a leading role, with Barclays Bank, Rushmoor Borough Council and Hampshire County Council and Farnborough International Ltd, to developing the funding package for project and to see the centre open to the world.
The centre has already successfully hosted a number of events, exhibitions and conferences, drawing businesses and delegates into our area from all over the world. With over 50% of bookings for next year already secured. This is all in preparation for the 2018 Farnborough International Airshow. These events will increase visitor expenditure and tourism employment in the Enterprise M3 area, all contributing over £64m to the local economy
