Jan has worked as a Level 6 Careers Adviser within the careers and education sector for over 20 years. During which, she has specialised in improving employer engagement and how careers is delivered across the curriculum.

In addition, she has been a careers guidance lecturer and project managed many short to medium term contracts for educational organisations across England which supported NEET young people.

Her main focus has always been to ensure that young people receive the information, advice and guidance they need to maximise their life , career and educational choices.
