Adam Watts
Enterprise Coordinator – Business Development
Adam joined EM3 in September 2019, having spent two years selling advertising space for Eagle Radio based in Guildford. Before that he was a salesperson for Eteach, selling advertising space to Schools based in London.
Adam joined the skills team at EM3 to marry all of my past experience, and to contribute to sustained growth in the region. Adam is the sole enterprise co-ordinator for schools across Surrey Heath, Woking and Spelthorne.
As he holds a media degree, there are also plans for him to contribute towards the continued growth of the EM3 social media platforms.
Our teams
From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.
The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.
