Connectegrity is the award-winning team behind social media startup CubeSocial. A former Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, Linda was promoted to a COO role at 32 after being a key player in the launch of the company’s first credit card. Linda now works with innovative and high potential businesses, advising on growth, digital and marketing strategies.

Linda is passionate about enterprise and helps entrepreneurs achieve success through accelerator programmes, non-executive director roles and public speaking. Linda advises high-growth start-ups as a SETsquared Mentor and Pitch Judge, innovative scale-ups as an Innovation Advisor at Oxford Innovation, and focuses on an entrepreneurship, innovation and communications on the Enterprise M3 LEP Board. Linda is also a member of the Funding Escalator Steering Group, which provides leadership and strategic guidance for the LEP’s £5.5m loan and equity fund.   

Connectegrity and CubeSocial have been recognised as a ‘Top 20 idea’ by The Guardian, ‘Top 20 start-up’ by entrepreneur magazine Startups, and one of ‘25 companies that reflect the future’ in analyst firm Index B’s The Ones to Watch report. Linda has been awarded a CIMA Fellowship for her strategic successes, represented the private sector as a judge for the CIMA Annual Awards 2010, was invited to become a founding member of the Accelerate 250 by Sir Terry Leahy and Lord Young in 2013, and was ranked #8 on City AM’s Women in the City Powerlist when it launched in 2015.
