On top of the world at new Future Skills Centre

Opportunities for young people are top of the agenda in Whitehill & Bordon this week as the town’s brand new Future Skills Centre has been ‘topped out’ with a roof, and final completion of the building is on the horizon.

The Careers and Enterprise Company launched an investment fund to help extend the reach of mentoring programmes to areas that need it the most. The Government will provide £12 million over the course of parliament to support the scale up of proven mentoring projects.

Enterprise M3 were delighted to see that Be Wiser Insurance, based in Andover, beat off stiff competition, including The Highways Agency and UBS, and has been named as one of the country’s leading employers of apprentices after picking up one of the top accolades at the National Apprenticeship Awards.
