The Apprenticeship & Skills Hub (ASH) is an invaluable resource for employers who are looking to find out how apprenticeships can benefit their organisation, providing advice and guidance.

It provides impartial advice to not only businesses, but also to training providers, parents and individuals who are looking to start their careers.

Last year, Enterprise M3 LEP helped secure £1.5 million from the European Social Fund (ESF) to Hampshire County Council to help engage more young people with apprenticeships and training across north Hampshire and Surrey.

This contribution was a key element of our Skills Action Plan, which is part of EM3’s Economic Recovery Plan – Revive and Renew.

This video gives an overview of how ASH is supporting employers through a complicated and crowded marketplace to find the right people who will be the managers of the future.
