The Apprenticeship & Skills Hub (ASH) is an invaluable resource for employers who are looking to find out how apprenticeships can benefit their organisation, providing advice and guidance.

It provides impartial advice to not only businesses, but also to training providers, parents and individuals who are looking to start their careers.

Last year, Enterprise M3 LEP helped secure £1.5 million from the European Social Fund (ESF) to Hampshire County Council to help engage more young people with apprenticeships and training across north Hampshire and Surrey.

This contribution was a key element of our Skills Action Plan, which is part of EM3’s Economic Recovery Plan – Revive and Renew.

Click here to find out how ASH can help your business.

This video below gives an overview of how ASH is supporting employers through a complicated and crowded marketplace to find the right people who will be the managers of the future.

From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.

The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

For any enquiries relating to economic development across the counties of Hampshire and Surrey, please visit the Hampshire County Council website and Business Surrey respectively.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.
