Jarmila Yu

An Enterprise M3 LEP business mentor has been named as one of the UK’s most inspirational women entrepreneurs.

Enterprise Adviser Jarmila Yu, founder of YUnique Marketing Ltd, has been named in the “#ialso 100 2021” list drawn up by Small Business Britain’s f:Entrepreneur.

She is being showcased alongside 100 female entrepreneurs from across the UK  as part of the campaign’s recognition of the multi-achievements of women that have proved critical to society during the COVID-19 pandemic

Jarmila received special mention for her tireless commitment to raising standards of professionalism in marketing through her client work and mentoring marketeers, as well as supporting a wide range of not-for-profits and educational organisations.

This includes her work championing SMEs and mentoring marketeers in her role as an Enterprise Advisor for EM3.

Jarmila said:

I’m delighted and incredibly honoured to be included in the 2021 list. It’s humbling, yet gratifying, to be recognised amongst such enterprising female entrepreneurs.”

Launching my business in 2016 I wanted to build something that went beyond traditional work assignments and delivering immediate client value, because I could see that was needed.

Receiving recognition for my commitment to raising standards of professionalism in marketing through client work and mentoring marketeers, as well as supporting a wide range of not-for-profits and educational organisations to have far reaching value is hugely validating.

Small Business Britain and f:Entrepreneur and were founded by Michelle Ovens CBE, who is also the director of Small Business Saturday UK.
