Winchester Science Centre is holding a 'Championing Diversity in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths' event on Thursday 21 November, from 8am-9.30am.
The Centre is passionate about science for all and is championing greater diversity within the STEM sector. Its series of Diversity Breakfast Networking events are an excellent opportunity to share ideas on an informal basis, for both STEM companies and local organisations in our region.
Guest speaker Den Barry, Chair of Toucan Diversity, will talk about how organisations can create a more inclusive environment for employees and customers, and highlight the importance and value of the ‘Social Model’ of disability.

From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.
The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.
