From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.
The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.

Project description
Refurbishment of college classrooms to serve as a specialism model ICT facility for the purposes of enhancing digital skills capabilities of current and future workforce and the advancement of the higher level digital capabilities. Specialisms are:
- Andover College
- 3D Tech/Virtual Reality
- Basingstoke College of Technology
- Artificial Intelligence Brockenhurst College
- Digital Media Brooklands College
- Gaming Guildford College
- Cyber Security Farnborough College of Technology
- Tech to Improve Student Experience
Project output
- 106 new apprenticeships and 90 new jobs created
- 3 new apprenticeship standards delivered
- 5 Digital Tech Centres
- 3 online learning and monitoring platforms improving the experience of over 3,000 apprentices
- Improved learning experience for over 5,000 learners
