In 2020 Enterprise M3 LEP provided support to three local projects as part of a pilot programme testing how town centres in the EM3 area could be revived by putting in place new facilities that enable businesses and staff to work in a more local environment rather than commuting to offices further away but also having an alternative place to work other than at home. The aim was to test several options in different places.

The LEP contracted Propernomics Ltd to undertake an evaluation of these initial projects as well as an assessment of the property market in this sector.

A workshop is planned for early January 2022 which will present a case study from the Login Business Lounge at Camberley, one of the pilot projects that is now operational, together with the initial findings from the property market review. The workshop is being held in a hybrid format, enabling attendance either online or in person.
