The hour will feature employers from across the economy that provide “green jobs” (i.e. employment in activity that directly contributes to – or indirectly supports – the achievement of the UK’s net zero emissions target and other environmental goals).

The aim will be to demystify what is meant by “green jobs” (both for young people and those advising them) and to inspire students to consider the different pathways and future careers options that they open up, including HE, technical and apprenticeship routes.

Students can attend online either live on the day or to access the content through a recording. Register now as a student, teacher, or parent to gain understanding of a significant growth area for jobs and the economy.
