You are warmly invited to join us at the next Looking Glass, a networking event for women leaders, taking place at the Village Hotel, Farnborough on 2nd October at 9.30am - 11.30am. The Looking Glass is delighted to host Jen Gale of Sustainable(ish). Jen is a TEDx speaker and has also been a keynote speaker at various festival and conferences up and down the country, has written for national publications, appeared on TV and is soon to become a published author. Jen's aim is to provide lots of down to earth and actionable ideas and tips for the non-eco warriers amongst us in an accessible and non-preachy style.
About Jen Gale:
Jen is an ordinary, knackered mum of two whose life changed when she dragged and cajoled the family into a year of buying nothing new. That year changed not only what she buys, but also how she sees her place in the world. Jen recognised the power that we all have as individuals to make difference to the things we care about, simply through getting informed about the impact of our daily choices, and figuring out easy swaps and changes. The family are still (just about) talking to her and they live in Wiltshire where Jen writes and podcasts about all things Sustainable(ish).
The Looking Glass networking session:
