The improvements to the public realm will support the delivery of approximately 124,000 sq ft of grade A development space across the Carfax site to support high growth companies and businesses within Enterprise M3’s key sectors looking for new space.
The redevelopment of the Carfax site is anticipated to accommodate up to 1,400 new employment opportunities.
Approximately 124,000 sq ft of residential space and a small amount of complimentary retail space will be accommodated across the Carfax site.
The site represents a highly sustainable business location, with excellent connectivity to London, which is critical for many service sector companies. Sustainable travel methods such as commuting to work by bus, rail, cycling and walking to work trips will be promoted.
