Jarmila has spent 25 years in senior marketing roles, with businesses ranging from small start-ups to some of the world's largest brands including IBM. She is globally ranked a Top100 CMO, and is a Chartered Marketer. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Data and Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

She’s on a business mission to provide the CMO Advantage traditionally only enjoyed by large corporates, to high-growth startups & SMEs. Her role as a Consulting Chief Marketing Officer is to ensure her clients’ marketing strategy and function are fit-for-purpose, enabling them to deliver on their business objectives. Beyond the strategy, her team provides the full spectrum of marketing services, ranging from basic brand and website work to a complete outsourced marketing function; crucially all led from a CMO’s perspective to ensure maximum impact.

She is sought after for her expertise in Brand Management, Go-to-Market Strategy and Integrated Marketing Campaigns. Jarmila champions SMEs and marketing talent, taking business from transactional to transformational.

Over her career she has won numerous business and marketing awards and has judged awards too. She's a registered mentor and business advisor, coaching marketing and entrepreneur talent and is often featured in marketing and business publications. She is frequently invited to speak at events sharing her marketing expertise, business insights and experiences.

From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.

The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.
