Andover Technology and Skills Centre

Project description

The Andover Technology & Future Skills Centre is new 2000m2 modern skills centre, with purpose built workshop areas for engineering, electrical engineering, motor vehicle, construction and wood trades. The project provides the creation of new facilities in sectors where the local economy has identified skills gaps and supports employability. The project focuses on vocational learning, particularly STEM, at levels 3 and 4 and progression routes into higher apprenticeships which aligns directly with our SEP priorities. The investment directly supports local business in one of our Step-up towns.
