Major Investment for Longcross Enterprise Zone Site

Longcross Park owners Crest Nicholson and Aviva Investors have announced the successful sale of 10 acres of the EZ3 Enterprise Zone site to Ark Data Centres.

Ark will develop, deliver and manage a purpose-built campus, totalling 385,000 square feet of world class data centre space on the site.

The site has been sold with outline planning permission and Ark will submit detailed plans in early 2020.

The data centres campus at Longcross Park, which is part of the EZ3 Enterprise Zone in the LEP area, is the first commercial development agreed for the site.

From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.

The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.
