From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.

The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.

Project description

A new junction from the Whitehill & Bordon relief road has been build which provides access to the proposed new HQ building, comprising office and warehousing accommodation. When operational this will function as the largest employer in Whitehill and Bordon.

The HQ building itself will be 40,000 m2 gross area, comprising 30,000 m2 of warehouse and 10,000 m2 of offices.

Project output

180 jobs would be created by the scheme at the start, potentially rising to 250 within 3 years as a result of new jobs located at the new HQ.

The new HQ building will be 40,000 m2 providing 30,000 m2 of warehousing and 10,000 m2 of offices.
