From 1 April 2024, the responsibility for LEP functions across the Enterprise M3 LEP region has transferred to Hampshire County Council and Surrey County Council.
The Enterprise M3 Board met for the last time in March 2024 and Enterprise M3 LEP is no longer operating as an organisation.

Please note that Enterprise M3 LEP staff have transferred to Hampshire County Council to continue to deliver services and activities in Hampshire, including the Growth Hub, the Careers Hub, work on key business sectors, and trade and investment.

Investment
This project is part of the LEP's Future Workspace pilot programme set up as a result of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic to test out new ways of enabling employers and their staff to work closer to home reducing the need to commute long distances as well as provide opportunities to increase footfall in Andover town centre.
The new facility will provide 210 sq metres of Covid-safe working environment including; 35 rentable desks, 9 small offices, kitchen areas and superfast wifi connectivity. The fourth and fifth floors of the office building will be refurbished to provide these new facilities as well as improvements to the external access for the building.
The scheme is intended to contribute to the wider regeneration of Andover town centre and complements the EM3 investment in the Town Mills project.
To test new ways of working through flexible workspace for co-working that will support town centre footfall as well as reducing the need for workers to commute long distances to larger towns and cities.
